New Venue for Essex & Kent!

We have great pleasure in announcing a new venue available in the Essex and Kent region!





Braid Farm, in Smarden, is set in the gorgeous Kent countryside and has a number of fields that can be hired for various events.
From corporate to parties through to unique weddings.
Guests also have the option to rent a cottage and camping areas on the farm.

Yes, that's right. We are currently looking to fill two positions that have come available at our beautiful offices in Tugby Orchards, which is located just 200 metres off the A47, seven minutes from Uppingham!




Accounts Clerk / Book Keeper

Half Day/ Full Day per week (ideally suit a retired professional)

We are rapidly expanding our business and now seek an additional accounts clerk/ book keeper to undertake accounts duties from our prestigious and beautifully located offices in Tugby Orchards in Tugby, Leicestershire.

Experience in:  VAT returns
                         Sage Software
                         Monthly Wages

The position would ideally suit a retired person, or someone who is looking for 4 hours/ 8 hours per week. Day and hours to suit.

Event Enquiry Planner

Full Time/ Part Time positions available

We are looking for bright, positive people with good communication skills. Common sense and a commercial business understanding, to manage, document and follow up inbound enquiries from both the business community and private clients.

If you are looking for a career in the events industry where unique, challenging and interesting are words we use everyday then its worth getting in touch with us.

Hours of work are flexible between 9am & 7pm Monday to Friday (all positions are offered on a standard 8 hour day)

I am the companies first franchise owner and after undertaking in-depth product and service training I'm now using my 10 years experience as a leading company Operations Director to great effect as the flag ship franchise operation for Funky-Tents. I was drawn to the opportunity of owning and operating a Funky-Tents Franchise by the great brand reputation, the exciting product range and the total commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Hi, my name is Tom Bloomfield and I operate the Funky-Tents Franchise for Devon & South West England. I have been a company director for 15 years and have experience in operations and exhibitions. It was the unique branding, product range and first class customer service which first drew me to Funky-Tents.
I wanted to work alongside a company that is constantly developing new and contemporary products as this ensures that I can always offer an exciting product and professional service to my customers.
After having received extensive expert training I am able to provide the complete Funky Tents range of marquees and fit out equipment to cater for all events from small parties through to stunning weddings and up to large corporate events and seasonal balls.
